Dunno if it's legit or not I just Googled it.
You could also try going to a car dealership of the car you want to rent and act like you are going to buy it. Most dealerships will give you test drives andywhere up to a week now. I remember seeing that advert (landrover I think it was) that offered a week free test drive.
