i have heard that 1 about the hat as well i think that has come from the same place i heard about not being able to arrest u for a defective light or summit tho i have heard about them not being able to arrest u for a defective light from quiet a few ppl dont no how true it is like maybe its 1 someone needs to ask a copper or summit ???? |
