Right, it seems as though there's a bit of uncertainty about this so i'll clear up these questions! It's not just the upload page, it's also the account info page! Basically, find the Rapidshare files you want to download, click the link and it'll take you to the Rapidshare page where there's 2 options, 1 download as a free user, 2 download as a premium user! choose premium and if asked for the username and password type in the above details i've given and away you go! Obviously if there's no allowance in the account then it'll come back with some sort of error that the account's exceeded it's limit, if so then remember the link or write it down or whatever and try it again at just after 11PM GMT and try again as that's when the server updates the accounts allowance each day. Alternatively, if you use a download manager (Internet download manager or Orbit are the best i've found!) then enter the above details in the sites login tab in the settings page and it should, when you click the link, download automatically. If not then you've entered some details wrongly!
2nd question! Yes you can use the account and download to your hearts content, I wouldn't put those details up otherwise as i'm sure you wouldn't if you didn't want to share the wealth! lol As I said in the 1st post, i'm sharing these accounts 'cos I have a few and they don't get used much really, only when i'm out of allowance on my main account and that isn't often! So go ahead and download as much as you like but as I said before, please think about others, i've placed the details up to put something decent and very usable back into the forum for all to use as they need too! That way everyone benefits even if it is only a little as we all know how annoying it is to have to wait 100 mins or whatever to get your next part of what you need!
