Like my previous post on getting completely frre PSP games onto your computer really easily, this one is a bit more general and I will give you links as to where to find the emulators (the programs made to play games on your comp) and the Iso's or Rom's.

Follow these simple steps no matter which emulator you use:

1. Download emulator from first link
2. Find a game (ISO or ROM format)
3. Use emulator to play it.

It's as easy as that :P PS: This guide is not n00b friendly xD

As you have seen if you've clicked on the links that there are much much more emulators like Megadrive and Virtual Boy but I only give the juicy ones xP.
As for finding games, that's a whole over story but for quick help here's what you need to search on Google:

For all portable consoles (DS, GBA...) Just go on Romfreaks.net or I prefer largely ROMSITE.NET

For All the others search google like "Final Fantasy XII ISO TORRENT". I found this
