I've used depositfiles before myself and they really try not to pay you. Also they're very strict about where there files are downloaded from. It can't be from any forums, etc. It must be strictly off of your site.

I would rather go with

They pay twice as much and are faster (within 24 hours)
Also the downloads can come from anywhere
