This website gives you free disposable email addresses that you can use to sign up to crap and stuff and get verification links without putting yourself at risk of spam. The emails are kept for 24 hours (i think) and then they are deleted.

To use it all you have to do is
1. when you are registering for something and need an email address then put in [anything]@bugmenot.com
e.g spamme@bugmenot.com

2. Then go to www.email.bugmenot.com and put in whatever your email addres was (i used spamme)

3. And then you can get your email without having spam and stuff in your proper account.

Note: don't put any personal stuff in because you dont need a password to access the account because they are made for spam
