i am also confused, why are you selling a pay pal account with money in it??

Tell you what ill buy it for 14 pounds but i only use paypal so would this mean you are giving me 34 quid??

When the account is limted you can not use the money. you need to verifie with a vcc or cc.
which im not old enogh to have any of these so i was selling it.
