The auction ended this morning and I won it. But before the auction ended your account got banned on Digital Point. You started selling the site here for $320 and at the same time had an auction go on with a buy it now price of $130.

Due to your account being banned on Digital Point you CAN NOT be contacted through them. So do you honor this auction?

I know and as everyone can see the user auctioning off the site shows a status of banned. So there is no way to contact you. You will also see that urbantool (my user name) one the auction for $80 and reserve was met.

There are no payment details specified, hence I cannot pay you.

So do you honor this auction, or not?

Well let's hope so...it would be really dishonest to go against it just to try and make more money out of CLH members. I have found the auction up on DP and can see clearly that successdoc has won it.
It leaves me in a difficult position...although the sale was nothing to do with CLH, I would really need to consider what action to take if you decided to not honour the auction. You say the user wouldn't pay up, but successdoc has already said he will pay up.
So what's the deal?

hey dats a deal which was set up by my partner scroble.com.he is one who had set up that auction over dere.so first lemme discuss this matter with him.And why should u take a step against me.I have not cheated any CH member neither a Dp member.

Well you lied and said that the member didn't pay up, not knowing it was someone on here. I haven't said I'm going to yet, and I don't want to argue about it. You had the reserve at lower than $80, and yet you're saying you won't accept less than $320 on here.
It's not so much the money, just the fact you lied on here saying the member didn't pay up, when in fact he's willing to.

Jaggs contacted me via IM and I should hear from him today, if the deal is still on and under which conditions. I would any day again bid on an auction that was at $70 with reserve met and a buy it now price for $130, compared to buying it here for $320.

I need to be very clear about the fact that this auction did not end until yesterday morning, no payment details were posted with the auction and no one contacted me after I won the auction. Just wondering why someone else now needs to approve the auction, if that someone else was the person setting up the auction in the first place.

There are really a few unanswered questions here and it should not be me, Dreadnought or any other CLH member answering them.

I am still waiting for an answer and with it now being the weekend I will be on and off from the internet. So I hope this will get settled over the weekend and we can complete things the beginning of the week.

something else that is slighty contradictory is the fact that you said you want to get rid of the site because you dont have time to look after it. However, the title of this thread reads: 'Make Money on Auto-Pilot While You Sleep In'

why would you need the time if the website runs itself while you sleep?

Why do people not realise that the internet is actually viewable to members of CLH. Although we love the site, it doesn't mean that we are not a part of any others. Just when everything was starting to be set right here, another one of these pops up...

Just to let everyone know no contact was made by Jaggs to resolve this, although he promised to have this issue worked out by Saturday morning. I officially had the highest bid on the auction ending on Friday morning. Due to the user holding the auction being banned from Digitalpoint I was not able to contact him / her and no payment information was posted with the auction. Now supposedly Jaggs is not the one who held the auction, as it was his business partner, but his business partner needed to approve the auction so Jaggs can let me know, if we can finalize the deal. I thought his business partner was the one initiating the auction and setting the reserve price so low?

Most of you might not be interested in this, but I think it might be good to share my experience with everyone.
