How To Borrow Money Interest Free - Interest Free Loans
This article assumes that you are currently employed. Most
taxpayers allow too much of their income to be withheld from
their paychecks. At the end of the year, they file for a tax refund
and get the money back. In effect, they're giving the IRS an
INTEREST FREE loan.
Well, now you can do something about it. Simply amend your
W2 form ( your boss has one on hand ) so that you are purposely
under-withholding. Take the extra cash and use it as your heart
desires.
You can then pay back the "loan" later in the year by increasing
your withholding to cover the shortfall. The government does not
care whether you withhold $1 or your whole month's salary. Uncle
Sam treats it as if it had been taken evenly throughout the year, as
you are taxed a percentage of your YEARLY income. Therefore,
you pay no interest, or penalties. It does not matter to your
employer one way or the other.
The second method involves taking the amount of your last years
refund and divide by 52 ( if you are paid weekly ) or 26 ( every two weeks ).
For example, you are paid weekly, and you had a refund of $2000.
Your weekly excess withholding was $38.46. Multiply this by 4 and
you can take home an additional $153.84 per month. Assuming
that this years earnings equals last year's.
Now I know that $153.84 doesn't sound like much, but over the course
of 12 months, you will have $1846.08. With this extra money, you
could pay off a typical 30 year mortgage in 17 years. And you will save
over $80,000 in mortgage interest.
Don't have a home? No problem! You can buy one now.
When you consider that the average American owes about $3500 in
credit card debt, and based on making the minimum payments, it will
take over 10 years to pay off. What could $1846.08 do to the $3500
that you could be owing right now?
The same strategy could be used to pay off your car or personal loans.
Heck, why not take one or two vacations with that money, eat better food,
or even get a special gift for that special someone in your life. This is
money that is rightfully yours.
In one of our other reports, we show you how you can take
out more money out of your regular paycheck ( $100 -$1000 ) and never have
to pay back. In fact, you may even get a tax refund.

Okay one more!
This method assumes you have already setup an IRA account. And why not?
If you do not have an IRA account, you are really screaming to be
in the 95% of Americans that will either bedead, or DEAD BROKE by age 65.
You are allowed to set aside $2000/year into your IRA.
This strategy is also tax free and penalty free.
Current tax law says that if you withdraw money out of your IRA before age
59 1/2, you have to pay 10% penalty tax. But it also says that NO PENALTY
is owed if you take the money out in the form of an annuity -- a series of
equal payments over your life expectancy.
Here's how yoiu can take out all your cash at ONCE. Take out a home
equity loan up to $100,000. Use the annuity payments from the IRA
to pay the mortgage.
The Annuity payments are taxable income, but YOUR INTEREST payment
on your home equity mortgage is TAX-DEDUCTIBLE. Therefore, you
offset your taxes. DEPENDING ON YOUR LIFE EXPENTANCY AND
INTEREST RATES, YOU CAN END UP TAKING ALL THE MONEY
TAX FREE NOW.
