A mate of mine who is a postie told me what to do when you keep getting junk through your letterbox. Just repost the letter stating return to sender. The company that sent it you will then be charged for the postage and will stop sending you mail.

A postman recently got sacked for telling someone how to do this as it cost the royal mail money in profit loss.
