For other countires only paid offers are available, but I was informed that they are updating the list often and free trials may come in the future for other countires as well. If you want to participate, maybe you could choose a gambling offer. You need to deposit some money, and play a little with it. If you are good at gambling, you may do it easily without losses, and then you don't need to wait for the free trial. For example there is Cool Hand Poker offer available for other countries. The requirements are that you need to deposit 20 USD and generate 20 raked hands. It is not that difficult to survive withous losses if you are good at poker.
