We're not really certain what your name is. What we do know for sure is that you tried to perpetrate a fraudulent transaction against this company buying attempting to fool us into thinking your $70 + purchase could be changed to a 1 cent transaction.
Initially you were given the benefit of a doubt and we issued a payment request for the entire and accurate amount that was owed for the items you ordered.
Much to our dismay you canceled the payment request. This was foolish because we have your electronically signed order on file. Now our company is 100% certain of your intention, the intent being pure and simple fraud.
This information and email will be forwarded to PayPal Security along with the entire history of this "transaction" - the signed order form, IP address as well as all address, phone and email information.
If PayPal finds this to be suspicious and/or fraudulent your PayPal account may well be closed automatically - your funds may be frozen whiile they investigate further.
Meanwhile we have already notified all other US vendors that carry the same type of tools as XXXXXXXX.com not to do business with you.

lol, well they caught you, plain and simple. I think Gwerzal said that they legally have to give you money thats in your account after a certain time, so i wouldnt worry to much about that. All paypal can do is ban you, just sign up to a different type of payment site. And they have probably just notified alot of sites about the name yo used to try and get a product for 1 cent. So i wouldnt worry to much. Any more advice would be appreciated people. Peace

yeh if you look back, it was me who said about the money having to be given back, it's happened to me before. I just wondered how serious the legal implications of this are.
