After you sing up get a picture from google than go to My Galleries and make a Gallery now upload a picture to that Gallery.

Now get the url of that picture My Galleries->the Gallery name->select the picture->get single link code for selected image.
Now after you have the url for the image go to it and make sure its right!
Now to make easy money go to

and check no cookies and remove script if the other one is checked its fine how put your picture URL in the box and click go.
Now its time to run reload every, click on the around next to the refresh icon and chose a time around 5-10 seconds(depends on your internet connection) mines is 7.

Now let it do its job and you can go to sleep or do w/e you need to but i don't recommend using the internet.
