Can Anybody Send Mass Emails?

I am selling an ebook for $7, it is about generating traffic from craigslist! Any sales will automatically go into my paypal account!

Now i can scrape at least 100,000 craigslist emails everyday, but i dont know how to send emails to all these!

Is anybody here good at mass emailing? Or own a software to do this?

I will write the email content, you just need to send them!
