I signed up with this rewards site a couple months ago, and what they do is pay you to try free offers, such just signing up for a free account at a survey site, or requesting free samples of products, there are others where you purchase a product and only pay shipping like $4 and they in return will pay you $15.00. Almost all offers is $0.40++. The offers are categorized.

They give you $5 to your account just for signing up. If someone actually spend some time on their site look over each of their offers and refer some friends ($2 per member you refer) can make pretty decent amount each month. Minimum payout amount is $50, and they pay you through Paypal, so anyone that has or can get a Paypal account can do this.
