Thanks for this - It really works well for me , just one quick question, Im using Firefox and I see that you say to change the max pipeling requests to 10 for example.

Does it make much diff to increase this number and are there any advantages or drawbacks to making it higher?

Cromwell - What this does is change the amount of requests the browser makes, I changed mine to 30, much faster.

Also, try rightclicking and select New-> Integer. Name it “nglayout.initialpaint.delay” and set its value to “0″. This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it receives.
