A woman has had 5 kids in as many years, over this time she feels the effects of childbirth has taken its toll on her body so she decides to have an operation to tuck and tighten down bellow.

After the operation she wakens to find 3 roses at the end of her bed.

She asks the nurse who are they from.

the nurse says
"The first one is from the surgeon who said you were a model patient"

"The second is from your husband. He says he is ecstatic about the operation its like you were when you got married and wanted to thank you"

The woman asks "but what about the third one?"

The nurse replies "ah thats from eric in the transplant unit. he just wanted so say thanks for his new ears
