When going through the research steps, there will be certain companies you have to pay for them to retrieve information regarding the property. This can varie. Then you'l need money for maybe a fence, maintenance work, and depending on the state of the property, you will need to make it habitable. So it really depends on alot of different factors. Keelerk this one is easy fence it off from your garden then its not garden anymore, next buy yourself a sheep then it becomes grazing land and very difficult for them to take it away from you. Once its yours they cant touch you then |
