A simple duck with the shoulders held up with either a wire frame or stilts. You guys pretty much cracked it. Whats funny is if you could see behind her you would find her arse stick out as shes bending down

This is what I think...It's a very small girl walking on stilts. She jumps off her stilts onto the ground hence the sudden drop. The hands/arms are false and are just props...look closely at the way the hands are linked together. The way she is walking is also very suspect plus when she gets the medal put around her neck...normally you would raise your arms slightly if something is being put around your neck..
