basically i just need you to have a look at my site which is in my sig and let me know of anything that you think could be changed to make it better. It has only been up for a couple of days so i'm hoping for a lot of feedback

Its looking good buddy, I will be over there soon mate and make some posts etc, but they always start slow until they look busy. But all is good considering you have only just launched mate.

i have signed up to some post exchanges but am also having doubts as i don't want them coming on to my forum and just posting crap like 'i've joined, now please join xxxxxxx as it wouldn't look very good lol

You know my opinions I think, but I'll say it again - It's awesome! I really like the layout and colors. They sections and the chat box are pretty cool as well!

I think the next two steps for you are to fix any problems you are having (hosting, domain overload, etc) and start advertising to get more members. I can help you promote the site.

Btw, are there any referral links for members to make people join under them?

no i haven't set up the referral links yet as i am waiting till i change my shitty hosting which i'll sort out first thing when i wake up, plus i'm going to add some casino games for people to play against each other aswel as the rp system etc

the hosting i have are shit coz they keep overloading or whatever - just shows how crap they are, but i think i'm going to go with hostgator

also any promotional help would be awesome and it will be rewarded greatly

Yeah, after you change your hosts and set up a referral system, you should have a referral contest or something.
