A new website has been launched that lets people from all over the UKgive and take unwanted items for free.

The site is called jumbleaway.co.uk and describes itself as being more freebay than ebay.


Household goods such as TVs, furniture and small electrical appliancesare the most popular give-away items on jumbleaway, however the sitealso has categories for less everyday objects such as farm equipment and light aircraft.

As well as de-cluttering and finding neglected treasures, users ofjumbleaway.co.uk can also relax in the knowledge that they are doingtheir bit for the environment; UK households produce 30 millions tonnes of waste per year, 81% of which is landfilled.
