Referral site question?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section...

Hi guys i am new here (this is my first post) I have been reading around for a couple of days and loved every thread!

Simple question really - i am signed up on one of those referral sites to get free gadgets (dont worry im not posting my link) just wondered is there a free and easy loophole to enable me to refer myself again and again from the same computer? i was thinking along the lines of hiding my ip address and using fake login details?

Sorry if i am breaking and rules by asking this, just wondered if it was tried and tested and/or proven unsuccessful?

Some websites don't even realise that you signed up many times but I'd use a proxy if I were you

it might work, only one way to find out.

I would set up a dummy account to try it with though and dont use your main account that you have already sent legitamate referals to.

A proxy will serve to hide your IP address, thus hiding your identity. By using a proxy the website won't know that you are signing up from the same computer.

Thanks for the info, so do i need to download any sort of program to hide my IP address or can i just do it from my internet options?

I might give this a go on something small, to test the water.

Hi welcome to the forum tell us if the proxy thing works well.
I don't think it will but give it a go.
I don't think that their are any Loopholes for Ptc sites.
