my brother has had free electric for 17 years now. " no i aint talking crap"

Seriously, he has a key meter which he kept putting in his key to register his payment and he told me he put it in and out about 20 times or so. His electric on the screan has been sitting at £1.90 since and he gets free elctric.

he has the engineer come round every so often to read the meter, but my bro goes into one saying that they need to check there books and they will se that the address is not with the company he is reading onbehalf.

What i want to know is, has anyone else done this?

I have tried it and it killed my key, i have a talexus key meter.
