Eat less meat to save the planet
I'd like to start a conversation about the conflict between following the Atkins diet and mitigating climate change - both from a personal, and a global perspective.
I've been eating an Atkins style diet since reading Gary Taubes' 2007 book "Good Calories Bad Calories".
But I'm also concerned about news linking meat to global warming. This has been a hot topic on the net in the past week, so I'm posting some links and ideas on these issues.
