According to aesmath all you have to do is lable it under personal payments and other, however this is not the case always!!

Some times paypal will still make charges even if it was just labeled undr 'others -- gifts' what you should do is fiddle around with the settings, change from gifts to houshold payments, and even try splitting up the sending cost e.g. if you wanna send £50 , send it by £15 £15 £20 this will most likely break the charges.

Or oddly enough some times paypal will charge at times for the same amount and not at others so try signing in and signing out again or leaving it for a while to try again later , maybe 1hr-2hrs gap
