I just had to. As most of you know, FireFox 3 has just been launch and let's say: it doesn't lack in features. However, FireFox, being an open-source project, has a feature to get even more features: Add-Ons.

Add-Ons are scripts that run alongside FireFox to make your browsing experience customized to your own tastes and habits. But now that we know about the feature that gets features, we need to know about the feature that gets features that gets even more features: GreaseMonkey.

"Greasemonkey is a Mozilla Firefox extension that allows users to install scripts that make on-the-fly changes to most HTML-based web pages. As Greasemonkey scripts are persistent, the changes made to the web pages are executed every time the page is opened, making them effectively permanent for the user running the script.
Greasemonkey can be used for adding new functionality to web pages (for example, embedding price comparison in Amazon.com: Online Shopping for Electronics, Apparel, Computers, Books, DVDs & more web pages), fixing rendering bugs, combining data from multiple webpages, and numerous other purposes.
