when you start to paste up 'amazing facts' from the web they often need a lot of checking. saw one the other day which said the name of the buddy holly plane was 'american pie.' not true of course, the plane only had a number!

These facts are great. I knew a few, but a lot were new to me.

@SuperIvIan: Not all facts are completely true, the tongue actually consists of 16 muscles so maybe thats why.

@Triple: Of course you can't die by holding your breath because at one point you'll pass out and your body will resume its normal breathing pattern again.
