The brief lowdown is that you make a profile on MySpace, Facebook, whatever of a cute girl. Put your hometown as a fairly large city and message a load of single men in that city saying you've just moved to the area and are looking for new friends to hang out with, etc. Then after you've spoken to them a little bit say "Ok hun, sorry, I gotta go do my cam-show now. You can come and watch if you want? I'm on this site - give them your affiliate link - it's free to sign up!"

There are a few webcam sites which will pay you quite well for referring free sign-ups to them. If you're good at this then you should be able to make a couple of hundred quid in a few hours.
