We have lost the right to freedom

The EU arrest warrant (signed by the Queen on 18th November 2003) allows us to be arrested without charge and held indefinitely with no right to see a solicitor, make a phone call, or even a right to a trial. You can simply disappear.

Under the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act (SOCPA) 2005, we can now be arrested and held in the cells by any police officer for any petty offence, like dropping litter. Before it had to be an offense that carried a 5 year jail term. This also applies to all of the EU's 107,000 regulations. Do you know them all?

The Civil Contingences Act 2004 allows government to confiscate anything you possess permanently; you have no right to object. This includes your house. It also gives government the right to forceably move its population around to different locations; you can be left with no place to call your own and live like a refugee. The only check and balance here is a Minister just needs to utter the words "This is a national emergency." If a demonstration or strike government doesn't like is being organised, they can cut off all communications in a town - phones, mobiles, the internet, TV, and block all access to that town including closing roads and railways. It has all the powers and more of Hitler's Enabling Act of 1933.

I think you need to open your eyes a bit 28ight and so does anyone else who thinks the same.

That is nothing compared to what the government, our government can and will do to get its own way.

How could things get like this?

Because were all a bunch of pussies who wont or cant be arsed to fight for our rights.

These are our fuckin streets and its our fuckin lives and freedom. We need to unite to reclaim them.

If your happy living your life not knowing or giving a shit about anything then that is fair enough but you are all going to be in for a rude awakening

I have been places and seen riot cops with no police numbers showing storm into a crowd taking individuals, throwing them into completely umarked van and taking them away.

These people NORMALY turn up ok but not always, normaly the least they will have had is a kicking.

I have known people who have been taken away and finding them is near impossible.

You can go round every police station and no-one knows a thing.

This country's police and government are no better than any other countries and all them points above DO apply in england plus many many more unjust privaleges our government and police have.

It is a fuckin joke and all you people who have had there eyes wide shut and are oblivious to the police state we live in, who really controls us and the world and how little freedom we have left are seriously going to have to open your eyes over the next few years or even months.

The world is a changing, change is good but not for the masses.

If you want to get through what we have immidiately ahead of us you need to be prepared cos its coming and its gonna hit us all like a ton of bricks.

Na i meant its bad-ish at the moment, and its just gonna get worse and worse in the UK. My eyes aren't always closed, yea ur right when u say the public are pussies, actually no, people aren't pussies, they just don't give two shyts what happens, and i don't understand that! More and more people are actually leaving the country every year.

Good post mayne, its flippin scary, the amount of laws and regulations that we dont have the tiniest clue about. Would love to go into this further but i really dont have the energy at the mo. Peace
