I done it again!

Left it too late.

Apperantly all claims for unfair are being put on hold while some big court case is going on.

Doesn't look like no one will be getting any claims paid out till well into next year.

Yes it does!

I think this big court case will go in our favour and it does need to happen but its just unlucky for all the people who have not yet started there claim and even worse for all the people who are half way through it.

I have also left it to late.I asked the bank on the phone if I could still clame but they told me it was to late

They owed me around ?2500

I got seriously screwed over in the bank claims department. I paid for something with pay pal (ironically it was the 5quid payment plan thing, which is bollocks anyway) and pay pal was using my old account which i thought id closed. Anyway this took me overdrawn which i got charged for then got charged for being overdrawn going into the next month, anyway all in all a genuine mistake cost me 100 big ones. I still need to sort this out, i aint paying it i refuse, can anyone shed some light and help me out with some template letters etc?

Ok guys some good news for you. The office of fair trading has declared bank charges as being unfair although the case is not over the banks have admitted liability by reducing their charges. Any Barclays customers should have received a letter stating the change to charges. Now the banks are lowering the charges now is the time to get your claims in. If any of you guys want advice on what to do PM me I can give you template letters, bank addresses and a step by step guide.I got £3400 back

wow thats loads! I recon my banks owes me a fair amount. How can I find out how much?
