when ticket arrives by post ask for photo evidence dont debate if the vehicle is yours or not, if photograph is not clear picture of defendant claim that both you and partner(mum/dad/friend) have use off vehicle and you can not be sure who ?????????????????? was driving at the time. send back in post you should then recieve writen confimation that the matter will no longer be followed up |

most speeding fines and parking tickets are not followed up if u make a fuss about them.
also if u got at about 150Mph the camera wont even go off (thats from top gear!)
so either make a fuss or burn some rubber

I've recently discovered there are loopholes to avoid getting the £60 fine and 3points on licence.
I have now received the second letter of conditional offer/fixed penalty. At this stage am I able to still avoid the fine and fixed penalty? Are there any template letters which can I send back to avoid these consequences?
Please reply back asap as I had 28days to reply back to this 2nd letter, I now have until the 4th July 08 for the 28days to be up!
Can also email me details or templates on samthaman7@yahoo.co.uk |

I even work for the system and no one seems to be able to help me
