when ticket arrives by post ask for photo evidence dont debate if the vehicle is yours or not, if photograph is not clear picture of defendant claim that both you and partner(mum/dad/friend) have use off vehicle and you can not be sure who ?????????????????? was driving at the time. send back in post you should then received writen confirmation that the matter will no longer be followed up TRIED AND TESTED 100% WORKING

Please people whats going on with this place Britain use to be a fair society wot are they trying to turn us into .....

i usually put cds on the front dash so it reflects the vehicle

hi there using cds will not work for you . this is because gatso speed traps work on the speed you cross the white lines this works out your speed . Manned speed guns work by being pointed at your number plate and must be kept steady. Remember if the police can not provide you with the evidence that they have on you { ie photo / time /date etc } by the time you go to court , the case will be thrown out. this is because you have nt had the chance to study the evidence and make your case.

I think what he meant was the cd's will flash in the camera so they cannot recognise who is driving.

Hi, this is my first msg on this site, i got a speeding ticket through the post this morning (71mph in a 60 zone).

I like the above idea, but what im unsure of is how to reply without sending back the form they sent to us.

Do I just write a normal letter asking for the photograph?

Im not great at writing letters so any help will be much appreciated.

This is a FANTASTIC website, I wish I had known about it sooner!
