dont mean to put a downer on it but if you are going over 100 you will find it pretty hard to keep your licence.

Going over 100 MPH in most cases will lead to an instant ban as will going twice over the speed limit.

Good luck to you and hopefuly someone else will be able to give you some better advice.

Yeah 100 mph will lead you to court straight away, then you'll need a really good lawyer to get you out of it... Sorry if that's not very encouraging

did u ask to c the evedince it might be diff but me and my friend were in a car speeding and got stoped by the police and the cop said u were easy doing over 100mph then. so my m8 said have u got me clocked or on video the cop then replied no it dont matter i could tell u were doing over 100. then me m8 said i was not doing over 100 u will have to prove i was and he couldnt so just give us a funny look and told us to be on our way i must warn tho i think we were a bit lucky if the cop wanted to be a twat he could of riped the car to bits it might have found all sorts then. I have also heard that if u ever get pulled by a cop and u notice that thay have a head light or indicator out and point it out to them thay can not arrest u of anything as there car is not fit for the road and thay are also breaking the law summit like yhat anyway

Its true that if they have no evidence then they cannot do you for it. Saying that as there were 2 scumbags in the car they can back each other up to a degree.

Also most police car's have camera equipment in the car which records speed so if they were following you and it sais they were doing over 100 then you were obviously going over 100 as well.

Im not convinced about them not being able to arrest you if they have a defect on thier car.

Its like when people used to say a policeman/woman can't arrest you if there not wearing there hat but they obvioulsy can do.

i have heard that 1 about the hat as well i think that has come from the same place i heard about not being able to arrest u for a defective light or summit tho i have heard about them not being able to arrest u for a defective light from quiet a few ppl dont no how true it is like maybe its 1 someone needs to ask a copper or summit ????
