Firstly I just want to say thanks for any support you can give. My partner and I are having a baby she is 3 months gone !!!
I currenlty try to run my own company. Losing my lincese for a longess peroid is like murder for me so please any help would be thankfull, Put yourself in my shoes for a moment. I have little capitall because of starting my new company as you can imagine and am getting 2 jobs to support things which at the mo don,t know about this. I will not get the jobs if i don't have a licence as I can't get to work.
I was travelling along the motorway trying to make up the time that I had losted earlier there was nothing really on the road and I get pulled in for speeding (109mph)!!. I am starting my own company and all my spare money has gone into to that so capitall at the mo is low. I will be losing these new jobs because of the offensive regarding me being banned. The police statement reads as follows: I am a Police Constable with the
.. Police force, currently serving in the Roads Policing Department at
.. Police Station. I hold department of transport licences for cars, rigid and articulated goods vehicles, and I am a class one advance police driver.
I have been trained to use time and distance speed detection devices and I passed the operator test at the conclusion of my training. I am authorised to use such devices for prosecution purposes. The Provida 2000 is an approved time and distance device.
At 1450 hours on Wednesday 25th June 2008 I was on duty in uniform driving an unmarked police traffic patrol car, registered number

.. east bound between junctions 4 and 5.
. Was my passenger observer. This stretch of motorway has three lanes in each direction and carries a 70 miles per hour speed limit for cars. The Police vehicle is fitted with a Provida 2000.
At this time I saw a black coloured ford
being driven in the same direction in lane three, behind me. It was travelling at a speed which I considered to be in the excess of the 70 miles an hour mph speed limit for that vehicle on that road. I checked the speed of the vehicle using the Provida 2000. My first reference point was the Ford
.. as it passed my vehicle and my second reference point was Keepers overhead Bridge. I found the average speed to be 109.10 miles per hour over a distance of 1.152 miles. This reading corroborated and confirmed my prior opinion of the speed of the vehicle.
The vehicle did not leave my sight at any time and was caused to stop, when I noted the registration number to be

I pointed out the offence committed and him the Provida 2000.
I said you do not have to say anything, but may harm your defence if you do not mention when question something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence. Do you understand?
He replied Yes
I said Is there any reason for your speed?
He replied No comment
I said You will be reported for the consideration of the question of prosecution for the offence of speeding. Do you understand?
He replied Yes.
At the time of this offence, it was fine, dry and clear with good visibility and the road surface was dry. Traffic was moderate.
The Provida 2000 fitted to Police car registered number
.. was calibrated prior to this offence, and had been checked at 1340 hours that day on the measured mile at the M
.. South Bound. Following the offence, at 2005 hours that day, I carried out a calibration check on the measured mile at the M
. South Bound. The device was working correctly. These checks support my opinion that at the time the Provida produced the reading on the visual display unit it was working correctly. End of statment!!
I am due in the magistrates court early september and losing my lincese will hurt badly. I will have a baby soon and won't be working due to this ban. Yes i know it my fault, but any thoughts or ways to minimise the ban lenght would be greatly appreated.
This is not my first driving offence I have had a 12 month ban before back in 2006..
I don't think i am able to escape this and i am going to hold my hands up and show remorse in court and try to shed a tear. In regards to a ban lenght how long do we think it will be for a 109mph on a motorway 70mph limit?

Anything over 100mph is an instant ban. If you only get 12months then thats better than anything more than. Have a look at woodsie's posts, he has summink about this. Please keep us updated. Hi m8 i am realy sorry to say this but like you said it is your fault so you should lose your licence sorry like i no what its like with a baby on the way and all you want to do is provide for your family but you did brake the law and speeding does kill people anyway less of that. Like you said i think you are best to hold your hands up as the statment from the police looks like they have got you bang to rights m8 if you are lucky you may lose it for a year it will not be anythink less than that m8 i think sorry to say. If you are realy unlucky you could lose it for anythink up to three years or more. I dont no if they do it for driving offences but have you had a presentance report done as they usuly help the judges in there dicision. And also i dont no for defo but some driving offences can come with a prison sentance m8 i no you probly dont want to here that but you did ask m8 sorry. Just go to court explain to your soliciter all what you said in your post that you are just starting a family and struggling to earn a decent income just lay it on as think as you can then he can lay it on thick for you to the judges sometimes the problems with magistrates courts is there is three judges so you have to please three people instead of just the one like at crown court sorry m8 but that is all i can think to say hope it all goes ok m8 mossy123

This is a whole other topics worth of info, so I'll distill this as much as I can.
"Laws" Okay? Are complete and utter bullshit! We are meant to be sovereign beings, able to do whatever the fuck we want with NO interferance from anybody else... especially the government!
THE ONLY law that applies to us flesh and blood human beings is the common law. Now this is a very basic law, you can't harm another human being, commit fraud in your contracts or damage/steal someone elses property... THAT'S IT!! That is all that applies to us!
Now, going over 100 is not something I would recommend but according to the REAL law you were well within your rights to do so. Considering that a: you didn't harm anybody else or their property.
So, what I would recommend is to go educate yourself about sovereignty, and the differences between Law and Statutes oh, and along the way you'll learn just what complete and utter cunts the government are!
Search in youtube for "bursting bubbles of government deception" and "intro to your human rights". This should clue you right up! In fact I recommend that EVERYONE watch these.
Your next action should be to go to tpuc.org and ask them for help! Those guys are there to help you out, so take advantage of that!

2nd police are supposed to drive under the limit on M ways, was he.
HIs slowing down may affect the results. Should have followed you to get a reading, looks like he got it whilst on approach, is it a true repesentation. markings from behind and then infront?
But 50% ish over the limit not cleaver, you mention you son, how would you feel if someone hits you GF car with the little one in it at 50% the limit, the 12 month ban didnt put you off driving crazy, so they will not show pitty, 2 year ban, big fine, re-take the test.

1. did you get read your rights ?
2. was you shown a copy of the video, showing your alleged speeding ?
3. Is the number plate/ colour of your car they have listed correct ?
4. Is the date and time correct ?
5. Was the weather/road conditions as described ?
if the answer to all of these is yes, then you are struggling with any defence, the reason why it is going to be difficult to dispute is because of the video evidence that they have.
PS. How long was it between the alleged day of the offence and the NIP arriving by post ?
