They locked my account for a month because i didnt fill out an InstCheck Form.

So then i filled it out and typed in the form, printed it out and signed it.
I sent it in and they said it was too small. and don't crop it. I cropped it so it could fit the screen

I was like alright so i printed it out and i wrote it in in big letters and i signed it, scanned it and sent it in.
I got a message back saying we can read what you wrote but we can't see the fields that say Name, Location ect...

In the end my account is still locked. I have 1000+ in my account and i wont be getting. I sent them an email today saying Zoom in and you can see it which you can.

Also i'm losing about 300-500 dollars on college games BECAUSE I can't fuckin bet

Ill give you an update but when i get my money back, i'm closing my account. Also their accounting dept doesn't have a phone number which is fukin retarded

Shit, i feel sorry for you mate, that is really out of order on their behalf, sounds like they just dont wanna payout and are being all fussy and silly about it. I hope it all works out though and keep us updated. Peace

Update - DON'T EVER GO HERE

Alright so yesterday i final got my account updated and unlocked. I wanted to withdraw my money but they said i couldnt because i had 2 bonus still active. I was like r u fuckin kidding me and i checked which ones. It was a poker bonus and a 5 dollar add to your account.

It looks like this

Poker Bonus, Bouns 100$, Your Total $200 AND you need $400 in your account to clear bonus.
I never EVER play poker on this site so something is wrong.

5 Dollar Bonus, Bonus $5, Your Total $55, AND you need $250 in your account to clear bonus.
WTF you need 200 dollars to clear a 5 bonus, fuckin this.

but i already had 130 in my account so i was like w/e

I put money on TB yesterday and won $200.

Then i was like alright ill try the casino, its no download, want to see how it is

I played roulette, they have easy med and hard.

Easy - Bet = 1-10
Med - Bet = 5-50
Hard - Bet = 50-250

I played easy and i tried somethings

I put 1 chip on all 36 so i would break even if 0 came out.... What happens, 0 comes out
Then i put 2 chips on all 36 and 0 comes the fuck out again... Now i'm pissed.
Then i put 4 chips on all 36 and 0 comes out again.... Cheaters

that 200 is gone plus like half my original amount

Then i go to bet to get my shit back up and they only have Baseball, Football (American), Basketball, Hockey, Boxing, and Golf... Alot of choices...... NOT

So then i play Blackjack and its too rigged. My account is at 2 dollars and i have a bet on LA vs Phil which i took Phil and if you guys trust me I'M TELLING YOU PHIL WONT LOSE.

In the End, this place sucks.... Cust Service sucks, Bet Sucks, Bonus Sucks and Casino. Time to move on.

PS: I Never put money their poker account but they wont take the bonus back. Assholes

You think thats bad, listen to what i just found....

I heard somewhere where this guy deposit a 1,000 and lost it all so deposit another 1,000
Did a 5 bet parley and won 13,000 then did a 3 bet parley and won 5,000 and wanted to withdraw and then Closed his account and only got his 2,000 that he deposit with

Also i dont care about bonus, i'm not taking that anymore
